Carrier oil, what is better for me?

MCT (Medium-chain triglycerides) is quickly and easily metabolized and used as energy, providing an almost immediate source of natural fuel instead of being stored in tissue as fat. Choose an organic product made from pure Coconut, not a Palm oil mixture.

Hemp seed oil, cold-pressed and comes from the seeds of the Hemp plant. Technically a nut, are very nutritious and has a mild and nutty flavor. Hemp seeds contain over 30% fat. They are exceptionally rich in two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) and a great source of vitamin E and minerals, such as phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.

If you take 2-3 drops of CBD oil that uses either MCT or Hemp seed oil as a carrier oil, the dose is relatively small. Some like the taste of MCT oil and many love the texture of the nutty Hemp seed oil. Either way, both help our body absorb and process the benefits of the CBD oil.
